Description

Show off your pantry staples! From bottled fruits to preserved vegetables, this class celebrates the tradition of home provisions. Entries will be judged on quality, flavour, and presentation. Exhibits must be delivered to the Henderson Pavilion on Show Day during the allocated entry times, ready for judging.

Conditions of Entry

- Preserves can be delivered to Henderson Pavilion on Friday 17th October between 2-5 pm or Saturday 18th October between 8-9.30 am.
- Judging will take place on Saturday 18th at 11.00 am.
- Judges have the right to open Exhibits.
- All Entries are to have CLEAR REMOVABLE COVERS – please remove wax or screw tops & replace with clear removable covers.
- All Entries are to be in clean jars, clearly labelled with the variety
