Description

Craftsmanship on display! Open to high school students, this section celebrates creativity and skill in woodwork and metalwork. From practical projects to artistic pieces, entries should be delivered to the Henderson Pavilion during the allocated entry times, ready for judging. A great chance for students to showcase their talent and hard work.
Prizes

- Ribbons for 1st, 2nd and Highly Commended
(Prize money awarded as stated.)
- Overall Champion & Reserve Champion prizes for Wood & Metal (from any level)
- Most Successful Exhibitor to be awarded from all High - School categories (Art/VCD/Wood/Metal) combined, for each year level.

Conditions of Entry

- All Exhibits must be at the Henderson Pavilion between 2-5 pm Friday 17th October, or earlier.
- Judging commences at 9 am on Saturday 18th October.
- For Exhibitors residing within a 50km radius of the Rutherglen Post Office.
- If the maker's name (or any other name) is on the exhibit this must be covered.
- Components that are essential for the Exhibit but are not of the predominate material specified, are allowed.
- Your prize card is your prize voucher – prize money is available after 4.30 pm on Show Day.
- No exhibit is to be removed before 4.00 pm and must be arranged with a Steward.
- Refer to Pavilion Conditions.
- THE EXHIBITOR MUST ON SHOW DAY BE IN THE YEAR REFERRED TO IN THE CLASS HEADING.
