Baking Professional Class - Assorted Wares
Description

For the experts of the oven! Open to professional bakers, this class invites entries of assorted baked wares to showcase your skills and craftsmanship. Exhibits must be delivered to the Henderson Pavilion on Show Day during the allocated entry times, ready for judging. A chance for professionals to demonstrate excellence and inspire the next generation of bakers.

Conditions of Entry

- All Exhibits are to be delivered to Henderson Pavilion on Friday 17th October between 2-5 pm or Saturday 18th October between 8-9.30 am.
- Judging will take place on Saturday 18th at 11.00 am.
- Two entries per exhibitor per class
- Food must be consumable on day of judging.
- Jarred products must be in clear, clean, unlabeled jars.
- Little flour residue on baked goods.
- Pickles and jams to have even sized pieces.
- Your prize card is your prize voucher – prizes are available after 4.30 pm on Show Day.
- No exhibit is to be removed before 4.00 pm and must be arranged with a Steward.
