Baking Open Class - 13 years & older
Description

Open to all keen bakers aged 13 and over! Enter your best homemade baking and put your skills to the test. Exhibits must be delivered to the Henderson Pavilion on Show Day during the allocated entry times, ready for judging. A great opportunity for both young and experienced bakers to showcase their talents and share in the tradition of country show baking.

Ribbons for 1st, 2nd and Highly Commended
(Prize money awarded as stated.)

Conditions of Entry

- All Exhibits must be at the Henderson Pavilion between 8 am & 9.30 am on Saturday 18th October
- Judging Commences at 10.30 am on Saturday 18th.
Only one entry per Exhibitor in any Class
- Your prize card is your prize voucher – prizes are available after 4.30 pm on Show Day.
- Packet Cake Mix NOT to be used unless Specified.
- Baking exhibits must not require refrigeration.
- All Baking exhibits should be covered with clear plastic bags (not plastic clingwrap - oven bags are ideal)
- Plates must be solid and of an appropriate size.
- Size of item unspecified unless stated.
- No exhibit is to be removed before 4.00 pm and must be arranged with a Steward.
