Test your baking skills against the best in Victoria! The VAS Cookery Competition offers a range of classes, each with its own recipe and regulations:

Class 24 – Rich Fruit Cake: Open to all fruit cake enthusiasts. Prizes: 1st $10, 2nd $5. Recipe here.

Class 25 – Carrot Cake: Open to all carrot cake enthusiasts. Prizes: 1st $10, 2nd $5 . Recipe here.

Class 26 – Junior Boiled Fruit Cake: Open to junior bakers under 18 years. Prizes: 1st $10, 2nd $5 . Recipe here.
